How to make an Appointment
How to book an appointment:
We offer online bookings for our standard appointments and our telephone appointments. This is done through the HotDoc booking app which can be downloaded via your app store on your mobile or tablet or accessed via the web. Also, on the main page of our website is a link to make an appointment.
Please note standard appointments and telephone appointments do not included immunizations, dressings, drivers' licenses, employment medical, procedures - excisions, biopsies, ear syringing etc.... These appointments need to be booked over the phone with our receptionists or face to face at the practice.
Our telephone appointments are not bulk billed and there will be a private fee payable. Please note you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate fee if you have attended a face to face consult at the practice in the last 12 months, are Covid positive, are experiencing homelessness or the patient is under 12 months old. Please also note that telephone consultations may not be suitable for some types of consultations and the GP may request the you attend for a face to face consultation.
We also offer Walk-In appointments on the day. These appointments are seen by the first available doctor. Please note this is based on triage of a patient's condition and there may be a wait time to see the doctor. Also, please note that our walk-in service is mixed billing and only those patients with a Centrelink pension or healthcare card or patients under 16 years of age will be bulk billed)
